I enjoy working with adults, teens, couples, and families who are looking to increase their well-being, improve their relationships, heal, and function better. I use a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based approach, adapting therapy sessions to meet my client's needs.
I had a helpful experience with a therapist in my teens and recognized the benefits of working with someone to process challenges I was dealing with in my life. As I grew and reflected, I continued my self-discovery and ultimately this led me to pursue a career as a therapist in hopes of helping others.
I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I am currently pursuing the multi-year process of clinical liscensure and my Registered Clinical Social Work Intern license is #ISW17416.
